Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Items must include original tags and packaging
• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items:
• Underwear and intimate items
• Final sale items
• Personalized/customized products

Refund Process:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
